Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) to help you create your dream garden no matter where you are.

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
    • Flat rate: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We carefully package all plants to ensure they arrive in optimal condition during transit.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with any item for any reason, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details about the issue
  3. We may request photos to better understand the plant’s condition
  4. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our error or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label
  • For other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure proper phytosanitary documentation for plant returns

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International refunds will be processed in US dollars

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Indicate in your email that you would prefer an exchange
  3. Specify which plant you’d like instead (choose from our collection including Azaleas, Boxwood, Camellias, Eucalyptus Trees, Gardenias, Groundcover Plants, Houseplants, Hydrangeas, Magnolia Trees, Ornamental Grasses, Perennial Plants, Shrubs & Bushes, Snowball Bushes, Tea Olive, Trees, or Viburnums)
  4. We’ll ship your new plant once we receive the return

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of plants and to ensure garden health, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Plants that show signs of disease or pest infestation caused after delivery
  • Plants that have been planted or significantly altered
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as “final sale”)
