Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50), delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns on:

• Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation caused after delivery
• Plants that have been planted or significantly altered
• Custom or special order items
